 The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

  • Four years or more experience in a senior graphic and digital design role.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise, consult, provide high level advice and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to lead and manage the delivery of communications outcomes. An ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating industry standard design, publishing, photography and video and audio editing systems such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro (PC environment), Microsoft Office 365 Suite including MS Word, eNewsletters, social media, website and intranet platforms.   

  • Demonstrated high-level conceptual and design skills to produce effective original designs for print publications, digital and online use, and corporate documents including strategies, infographics and reports.

  • Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts and using content management systems for website and intranet uploads, and experience using data analytics and insights to measure effectiveness of communications.
