  • Extensive experience leading an analytics team in a data-intensive environment, including the planning, development and implementation of analytic products and solutions that support the strategic initiatives of the CCC.
  • Extensive experience in undertaking complex data analysis and data modelling in order to provide high level advice and solve complex business challenges, preferably with experience leveraging STATA, SPSS, R, SAS, Python, MATLAB, Microsoft SQL Server or other similar programs.
  • Experience using cloud-based tools such as Azure, AWS or GCP and data visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Experience in providing methodological and analytical advice at a senior level.
  • An ability to guide, mentor and manage multidisciplinary commission officers and encourage a collaborative culture.
  • Excellent project management skills (i.e. experience in Agile or Prince2 Agile principles in methods and project delivery), including the ability to prepare project proposals, establish performance measures, monitor project timelines and deliverables, and report project outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and insightful writing skills, including the ability to prepare quality reports, visualisations and other outputs in a timely manner.
  • Excellent personal and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage with technical and less technical audiences.
