About you 

•  Well-developed problem solving and critical thinking skills applied to strategic organisational problems. Previous experience in management consultancy and/or internal consultancy roles will be highly regarded.
•  Highly developed ability in gathering, synthesising and analysing data and information; identifying trends and emerging issues; developing insights; and communicating these insights with influence to a range of stakeholders.
•  Experience in initiating, planning, developing and delivering business activities or projects that contribute to organisational goals and objectives.
•  Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring a range of stakeholders to build capability.
•  Highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills that enables collaboration, co-design and effective stakeholder engagement with diverse stakeholders.
•  Highly developed written communication skills, including experience in producing high quality information that enables leadership decision making and fosters employee and stakeholder engagement and understanding.
