Role Requirements include:
• To be successful in the position, the applicant must be a Registered Valuer in Queensland or be capable of becoming registered.
• It is the responsibility of any successful applicant to maintain registration with the Valuers Registration Board in Queensland.
• While not mandatory, it would be preferable for the applicant to have a membership with the Australian Property Institute or/and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
• State Valuation Service is a state-wide operation. While this role may primarily service a region, you may be required to assist across the State of Queensland.
• Travel away from the centre may be required at times. This may involve travel outside of normal office hours and/or overnight accommodation which could involve camping in remote areas. Entitlements include travel allowances and expenses.
• Applicants must have a ‘C' Class Queensland drivers' licence or equivalent.
