The Senior Project Officer (AO5) is a role in which you will:

• Contribute to the effective conduct of ICT governance committee meetings by providing agenda management, meeting coordination and support to committee chairs and assist with preparation and monitoring of executive briefs to ensure high quality standards and timeframes are met.

• Collate information and contribute to or report against milestones and expenditure.

• Research information, add new pages, update existing pages and maintain the relevant SharePoint website, provide technical expertise with electronic media, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Office Suite and various web-based programs and manage Teams sites. 

• Research, evaluate and prepare information including manipulating graphics for presentations and publications for a large range of internal and external audiences utilising Microsoft Office Suite or other programs as required.

• Coordinate workshops and meetings for the program of work involving various internal and external stakeholders including working with a large number of stakeholders to co-ordinate meeting facilities and ensure that meetings run smoothly.

• Rapidly develop and continually maintain effective professional working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure resolution to issues and quality work outcomes.

• Maintain and look for opportunities to improve office information and records systems to ensure that matters are properly progressed and completed in line with the department's record keeping policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Provide quality advice and guidance to staff at all levels on digital initiatives, information security and information management process and procedures and maintain tact and diplomacy in managing confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Provide Program and Project board support including secretariat duties.

• Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
