The purpose of this role is to ensure that whole of Government and System Procurement (SP) deliver value to key stakeholders and that services remain aligned with overall Whole of Government procurement and health strategies.

The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to the Indirect and Regional Teams and will act as a point of escalation for Whole of Government complex supplier and contract issues.  In addition to this, you will build a culture within Strategic Procurement which recognises and adopts best practice in relation to procurement and category management to ensure that value is delivered for customers, government agencies and particularly Hospital and Health Services (HHSs).

Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
