Watch: A day in our life
As Manager Workforce Strategy and Capability, you'll lead a number of exciting programs within our People and Culture Branch in Corporate Services. Leading a team of high performing HR professionals, you will play a critical leadership role for Workforce Strategy and Capability as well contribute to the broader leadership team within People and Culture.

- You'll have experience in developing innovative strategic workforce initiatives and strive for best practice approaches
- You'll have the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders from senior executives, partners in the business, colleagues from across the public service to our entry pathway participants.
