The role will provide operational advice and coordination for state-wide compliance and enforcement policies, procedures, plans, authorised officer training and information management and reporting relevant to the use of Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS&P) managed terrestrial and marine areas and protected wildlife.

As the Senior Intelligence Analyst A06, you will:
- work with stakeholders within QPWS&P and other agencies to develop, implement and continuously improve policies, plans, procedures, training and business processes associated with compliance and enforcement matters on QPWS&P managed terrestrial and marine areas, and for protected wildlife.
- provide legislative and policy advice and manage the compliance information management requirements for QPWS&P and represent the division in departmental and whole of government negotiations and prepare policy papers, submissions, briefs, reports and budgets on initiatives relating to compliance and enforcement on QPWS&P managed terrestrial and marine areas, and for protected wildlife.
- facilitate, establish and maintain effective partnerships and develop networks with other areas of QPWS&P, the wider department and other agencies in pursuit of compliance and enforcement objectives.
- facilitate, establish and maintain effective relationships and, where appropriate, develop partnerships with external stakeholders including authority applicants, authority holders, local government agencies and Traditional Owner partners.
- Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nation peoples and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations peoples.
