The primary purpose of this role is to deliver administration support activities to ensure timely, efficient and professional services for the Corporate Services Division in their delivery of support services for the Commission. The Commission is a complex organisation, entrusted with significant responsibilities and investigative powers to enable us to deal with some of the most serious threats to the welfare and wellbeing of the community.

About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
- Performing a diverse range of administrative duties, including financial (banking, accounts payable and credit card) activities, data reconciliations, travel and logistics, recruitment coordination, stationery management and maintenance of information registers.
- Delivery of fleet management activities for motor vehicles including procurement, disposal, maintenance scheduling, insurance and various other logistical activities.
- Maintaining and administering a range of operational instruments in compliance with the legislative requirements of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.
- Maintaining filing systems to ensure the efficient and effective retrieval of electronic and hard copy material including sensitive and confidential information.
- Preparing regular reporting for internal and external audiences.
- Providing secretariat duties to a range of committees and working groups including preparation and distribution of papers, creation of minutes and appropriate recordkeeping.
- Assisting with the management of assets and equipment including acquisition, stocktake, maintenance, and disposal.
- Liaising with and answering queries from external agencies, the public and other areas of the Commission in relation to the work of the unit.
