Join the Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science, and Innovation as a Program Manager. Our Business Improvement Office is looking for a strategic thinker and leader to propel the delivery of diverse business improvement projects.

This is a temporary role until 31 October 2025, with a possibility of extension, based in the heart of Brisbane.

As the Program Manager, you will be steering a small team, guiding business areas through process improvement engagements. Your charge is to partner with business areas to understand their business operations and facilitate stakeholder engagements that lead to actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilise your critical thinking to analyse complex data, devising clear and impactful project narratives and strategies for improvement.
• Showcase your program management ability in leading diverse projects with varying stakeholder needs, maintaining a forward-thinking mindset.
• Cement strong relationships across the organisation, fostering a cooperative and results-oriented atmosphere with innovative and contemporary business improvements.
• Articulate complex concepts with clarity to a range of stakeholders, ensuring transparency and comprehension.

• You display a proven track record of expertise in project management methodologies, managing dynamic work programs, and juggling multiple stakeholder needs.
