As the Principal Human Resource Officer in Workforce Relations and Integrity, People and Culture, you'll play a key role in managing complex industrial and employment relations matters. Reporting to the Manager, WRI, you'll provide high- level advice and support to senior leaders while leading a team in case management and policy development.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in end-to-end case management of complex employment and industrial relations matters.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to provide expert advice to stakeholders at all levels.
- A client-focused approach with well-developed negotiation and consultation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure development.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring others.
