As the Principal Human Resource Officer in Workforce Relations and Integrity, People and Culture, you'll play a key role in managing complex industrial and employment relations matters. Reporting to the Manager, WRI, you'll provide high- level advice and support to senior leaders while leading a team in case management and policy development.

     What we're looking for: 

  • Experience in end-to-end case management of complex employment and industrial relations matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to provide expert advice to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A client-focused approach with well-developed negotiation and consultation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure development.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring others.

  • You'll have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You'll bring leadership skills that support the development of your team and foster a culture of inclusion, integrity, and respect.
