As our HR Support Officer, you will:
• Provide accurate, timely and authoritative advice on, HR procedures and a broad range of current and emerging HR practices and topics, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
• Provide administration support services by producing HR reports and documentation.
• Ensure human resource activities align with policy and guidelines and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Research innovative human resource practices, including performing research and analysis using human resource information and systems, identifying issues and trends, and escalating for management team consideration.
• Contribute to and support the HR operations team processes, activities, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, internal and external clients, valuing diversity and treating people with respect and dignity.
• Actively contribute to recruitment and retention activities to assist in ensuring that the staffing needs of the NFAEP are met.
• Support and facilitate workforce initiatives approved by the management team.
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be an Australian citizen, hold permanent residency status, or possess a visa allowing you to work in Australia.
