We're looking for a passionate Operations Coordinator to lead field teams in protecting Queensland's rainforests from invasive tropical weeds. In this role, you'll oversee remote field operations, manage GIS mapping, ensure safety-first culture, and engage with stakeholders to support national biosecurity efforts.
Key Requirements:
✔ Direct, manage, and oversee field teams in remote rainforest locations.
✔ Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
✔ Train and mentor field supervisors to uphold biosecurity best practice and uphold safety standards.
✔ Drive operational success through strategic decision-making.
✔ Demonstrated technical capability & analytical skills for data driven decision making.
✔ Understanding of biosecurity legislation and compliance.
