Principal Resolution Officer

- Assist the Senior Lead, Resolution Services in managing the day-to-day operations of the team [please refer to the Position Description regarding this].
- Manage complex and/or sensitive cases at the direction of the Senior Lead and Manager Resolution Services.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and partnership approaches to achieving QBCC's aims.
- Contribute to the ongoing review and development of QBCC's operation and performance.
- Represent QBCC in promotional and educational activities and before the tribunal and courts.
