About the role
As a Director of Family Law Services, you will represent the interests of vulnerable individuals in complex family law, child protection, and related matters. Beyond providing legal solutions, you'll guide multidisciplinary teams, spearhead policy development, and contribute to critical law reform initiatives of both state and national significance.

- Proven leadership ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and tackle human resource challenges with ease, fostering a high-performing and supportive culture.
- A forward-thinking mindset, with experience in delivering innovative legal services, developing strategic policies, and contributing to law reform.
- Polished communication skills that allow you to present convincingly, negotiate persuasively, and foster trust with internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
- Commitment to trauma-informed practices and an ability to lead in ways that prioritise inclusion and wellbeing.
- Visionary thinking, with a capacity to anticipate challenges, pursue innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement across legal service delivery.
