CITEC Integration and Enabling Technologies leads the design, procurement and management of key ICT assets and services including data centres, networks, compute and storage infrastructure and essential ancillary services for the Queensland Government.
The role of Senior Customer Service Officer is located within our Information Brokerage team under Integration and Enabling Technologies. Information Brokerage provides information services through electronic service delivery, delivering more than two million transactions annually. With over 500 different information searches servicing over 10,000 active clients.
Why your role matters:
As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will work closely with the Customer Service Centre Manager to guide and support team members in delivering high quality customer service, prioritising workloads, handling escalations and complex customer issues as well as providing support as the subject matter expert for our products and services. You'll develop and implement efficient work practices, ensure service deliverables, and identify training needs to foster continuous learning.
This role requires an analytical and customer centric mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, an ability to communicate effectively, and negotiate and influence accordingly. The work you do has a ripple effect far beyond your immediate role.
