Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to join our Engineering & Technology Branch as Manager (Technical Training and Development). The role will work closely with TMR technical specialists and industry partners in the design and delivery of innovative training programs to build capability across the transport sector. Your work will directly support the delivery of major infrastructure initiatives like the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program and Infrastructure for the 2032 Olympics.

Highly desirable conditions
• A degree or post graduate qualification in Adult Education, Teaching, or Human Resources (with a specialisation in Capability development) and a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.
• Possession of an undergraduate or post graduate technical or managementrelated qualification would be considered favorably.
