QLeave is a statutory authority with a proud history and an even stronger future. QLeave operates under the governance of three dedicated Boards.
QLeave is poised for its next phase of transformation and is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director to lead critical front-line services that support workers, employers and levy payers across Queensland's building and construction, contract cleaning and community services industries. As a key member of the senior executive leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering QLeave's strategic priorities, ensuring services are high-quality, customer-focused, efficient and compliant.
This is your opportunity to step into a purpose-driven leadership role where your vision and expertise will have a lasting impact. You will oversee and integrate a diverse front line portfolio, driving strategic outcomes, championing the embedding of customer centric performance and innovation across the organisation, fostering trusted stakeholder relationships and enhancing workforce capability. Your leadership will ensure that services not only meet current expectations but are future-ready, adaptive and resilient. A trusted adviser to the General Manager and Boards, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational strategy and policy and ensuring compliance and integrity are upheld across QLeave's front line services.
This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished leader with strong experience in complex service delivery, government or regulatory environments and a passion for client-centric public value. Tertiary qualifications in business, management, law or enforcement will be highly regarded, as will experience leading services of a similar nature and scale.
