As a Team Leader, you will be an integral support for compliance officers through the provision of technical advice and guidance on proposed compliance strategies. Team Leaders are also members of the local compliance leadership team, which provides an opportunity to review outputs, processes and procedures with a focus on identifying areas of continuous improvement for both employees and our stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your existing leadership and project management skills while expanding your technical knowledge in the application of principles and practices of environmental management. You may also be required to participate in an on-call (after hours) incident response roster.
