Key Responsibilities:
Pest Management Support::
• Assist with planning, delivering, and reporting on pest management projects across the region.
• Play a key role in the delivery and monitoring of pest management activities to ensure outcomes align with regional priorities.
• Provide mapping and data management support and apply or learn best-practice pest management techniques.
Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Share knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders, assisting them to identify solutions and overcome challenges.
• Foster and contribute to a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture.
Travel and Field Work:
• Participate in multi-day field trips and travel to various locations across the Northern Region as required to support pest management activities.

• Be an effective communicator, capable of working collaboratively within teams and with external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions quickly and practically.
• Work efficiently, both in teams and autonomously, to deliver on project goals.
• Bring desirable skills such as experience in mapping, data management and knowledge of pest management best practices.
• This role offers the opportunity to contribute to protecting Queensland's natural landscape while collaborating with a variety of teams and stakeholders to implement effective pest management solutions.
