The QBCC is Queensland's independent building and construction regulator. Its mandate is to educate, protect and support both the industry and the community, building confidence through fair, transparent and accountable regulation.

About the Role

Supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Commissioner, as Head of Transformation and Change you will play a pivotal role by establishing a new group that translates strategy into executable roadmaps with clear deliverables, strong governance and a relentless focus on benefits realisation.

With commercial acumen and an agile, practical mindset, the Head of Transformation and Change will:

• Drive flawless execution of the transformation agenda.
• Embed best practice change and project delivery methodologies.
• • Enable prioritisation and investment decisions with executives.
  • Inspire a culture of accountability, results and measurable impact.
