We are now seeking a Head of Transformation and Change to establish and lead a new division dedicated to enterprise-wide change, data and delivery. About the Role
Supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Commissioner, as Head of Transformation and Change you will play a pivotal role by establishing a new group that translates strategy into executable roadmaps with clear deliverables, strong governance and a relentless focus on benefits realisation.
With commercial acumen and an agile, practical mindset, the Head of Transformation and Change will:
- Drive flawless execution of the transformation agenda.
- Embed best practice change and project delivery methodologies.

With a proven record in large-scale transformation, change management and enterprise delivery you bring:
- Expertise in project governance, portfolio management and benefits realisation.

- Strong executive presence, capable of advising Boards and senior leaders.
