About you
For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate your ability to:
- Think critically, make justifiable decisions and act upon them through all stages of an investigation.
- Undertake high quality investigations, using contemporary investigative techniques and technologies, particularly in the context of corruption and misconduct.
- Use your written and oral communications skills to synthesise evidence and information to deliver accurate, understandable and fit for purpose reports and briefs.
- Rapidly acquire and effectively apply knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures and investigative practices.
Investigative experience with law enforcement, workplace investigations or regulatory compliance is mandatory. Possession of tertiary qualifications is not required but is desirable. Possession of a Certificate IV in Investigations or similar is also considered desirable. Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.
