The Parole Board Queensland is seeking Community Board Members to bring a community perspective to the parole decision-making process. Appointments are made under the Corrective Services Act 2006 and made for a period of not more than three years. Community Board Members are engaged on a 'as needed' basis.

Our Community Board Members represent the diversity of our Queensland community and we encourage applications from culturally, socially and geographically diverse backgrounds. You must have sound judgement, critical thinking skills, and positively contribute to the decision-making process of the Board. You will have demonstratable strong communication skills, be capable of utilising technology and understand you are part of team to deliver the functions of the parole board.

Parole Board meetings are held in Brisbane, although provision may be made for appropriate remote working arrangements.
