Senior Project Officer

The Senior Project Officer will play a pivotal role within the newly established Visitor Services unit, which supports state-wide volunteer management for the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS).
As a key member of the project team, the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of QPWS’s first digital volunteer management platform – Better Impact. This role will focus on critical priorities including system configuration, data cleansing and migration, change management, communication planning, training delivery, and the creation of a robust reporting framework.
