An exciting opportunity is now available to join our AO3 Talent Pool for Project and Administration Support Officers. These roles provide vital support across a broad range of operational functions including administration, procurement and program control. These roles are critical to the successful delivery of infrastructure and services throughout the region.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities required:
• Provide high level administrative support to managers and project teams.
• Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Assist with procurement activities including documentation and tender processes.
• Process financial transactions such as SAP journals, requisitions and goods receipts.
• Support project tracking and reporting to monitor financial and delivery performance.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and coordinate services.
• Assist with fleet, facilities and asset management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, WH&S legislation and governance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and effective team operations.
