About the Role
The Crown Law Business Systems team provides a range of business focused IT services, including desktop and technology support, systems administration, application development and user training.
As a Technology Support Officer within this team, you will provide timely IT support, manage user accounts and perform administrative tasks such as audits, data cleansing and asset stock-takes. You will also handle hardware setup and maintenance, contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing, support team performance and development and identify improvement opportunities to streamline processes.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Proficient with technology, supporting IT teams and staff with technical advice.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Experience providing user support across various applications.
- Capable of working independently and quickly learning new IT systems and processes.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and effective system administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate well at all organisational levels.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in either government legal teams or private practice with public sector clients is welcomed.
