The System Transition Lead will spearhead the strategic and operational transition from SAP ECC6 to Finance One, Technology One's enterprise financial management platform. This role ensures the successful migration of data, redesign of processes, and alignment of system capabilities with business needs. Acting as the central coordinator, the Lead will manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive adoption across the organisation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the end-to-end transition from SAP to Finance One, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between finance, IT, and TechnologyOne implementation partners. Key stakeholders include the Shared Services provider and Corporate Finance teams within the government agency.
• Oversee configuration and deployment of Finance One modules to replace SAP functionality.
• Lead the mapping, cleansing, and migration of financial data from SAP to Finance One.
• Implement validation protocols to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Redesign finance workflows to leverage Finance One's capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure the transition complies with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
