The Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented AO4 Project Officer to support a key Queensland Government election commitment to analyse all 23 of the state's water plans. Key Duties & Accountabilities:
- As a project officer, you will provide administrative business support to assist delivery of the Unlocking Water Project
- With attention to detail, you will support the preparation of briefing and presentation material, and quality checking documents
- Content drafting and review to support internal and external documents and communication pieces
- Provide effective administrative support for human resourcing, financial and operational services
- Acting as secretariat for meetings, booking travel and communicating financial and project reporting updates
- Administrative task tracking to support project delivery and workflow management
