We are looking for an experienced online and engagement specialist who will manage Queensland State Archives' online presence with a focus on increasing engagement of the archival collection. You will work as part of dynamic team and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
As the Senior Digital Engagement Officer, you will:
• implement, monitor and evaluate plans and activities to meet strategic communication goals
• undertake project management to implement and support engagement initiatives
• prepare a variety of communication material suitable for online engagement through multiple platforms
• communicate with empathy, sensitivity, and cultural awareness to engage diverse audiences to promote and drive access to the archival collection
• extract, manipulate and analyse online access data to produce documents and reports that contribute to and support strategic, business and operational planning
• develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and external and internal stakeholders
• foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, promote an environment of strong customer service, collaboration and teamwork to achieve quality outcomes
