This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring high‑quality customer outcomes, providing technical and operational leadership, and acting as the final escalation point before the Regional Service Centre Manager (RSCM).

As the Regional Service Centre Operations Lead, you will manage complex case files, guide frontline service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement across the region. Your ability to navigate sensitive matters, support your team, and uphold organisational values will be central to your success.

You will deliver direct operational and technical support to the Regional Service Centre and provide exceptional customer service to consumers, stakeholders and industry groups.

 

We are looking for someone who brings:

  1. Strong industry knowledge — substantial understanding of the building and construction sector, including contemporary standards, practices, legislation, and codes.
  2. Operational leadership capability — demonstrated experience guiding teams, managing resources, and achieving high‑quality performance outcomes.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — proven ability in negotiation, mediation, and building strategic, collaborative relationships.
  4. High‑level analytical and advisory skills — ability to formulate and deliver well‑considered responses to complex or sensitive issues, including those with political context, and provide senior‑level advice.
