The Opportunity
As Site Redevelopment Project Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for major custodial infrastructure projects within a correctional centre. You'll be at the helm of integrated security management systems, contractor governance, and operational readiness activities—ensuring every project is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with QCS's reform agenda.

What You'll Do
Lead strategic planning to align custodial operations with QCS priorities and reform objectives.
- Design and implement cutting-edge security management frameworks for dynamic project environments.
- Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and custodial coverage to ensure contractor and equipment security.
- Establish robust governance processes for contractor access, compliance, and oversight.
- Drive operational readiness: from tool control protocols to incident response integration.
- Partner with QCS leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver fault-free commissioning of new infrastructure.
- Provide authoritative advice to senior leaders, shaping decisions at the highest level.
About You
