This is a role where your organisational talents, creativity for improvement and commitment to quality will make a real difference. You will have an opportunity to learn and grow professionally in one of the Queensland Government’s most nimble and technology progressive corporate governance units. Working both autonomously and as part of an innovative and supportive team this position in Performance, Reporting and Risk will bring you challenges and rewards. It will test your capacity to think creatively to deliver governance projects both small and large.

Your contribution
The role contributes across the corporate governance and performance reporting work program. This includes delivery (and improvement) of departmental external annual reports, progress reporting on government commitment delivery, supporting operational and risk planning processes, and helping to lead the quarterly reporting
processes to the executive leadership.

This includes a potential 50:50 split of office and alternative work location opportunity in one or a combination of locations such as working from home, the Brisbane CBD, a distributed work centre across South East Queensland or in a regional location.

As you learn and grow, building skills and expertise you will increasingly engage with a larger number of colleagues both internally and with central Queensland Government agencies as you contribute across a wide range of corporate governance management processes in line with the annual strategic management processes of the Queensland Government.
