  • Strong behaviour-management and de-escalation skills with complex, high-risk students
  • A trauma-informed, relationship-focused approach to supporting students
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans, safety protocols, and risk controls with fidelity
  • High levels of emotional regulation, resilience, and sound professional judgement
  • Capacity to work safely and autonomously in unpredictable environments
  • Proven experience supporting students with complex behavioural needs
  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements and the ability to operate within them
