The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is an independent statutory body set up to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland. We investigate crime and corruption, and have oversight of the public sector including police. Job details

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day activities of the Electronic Collection Unit (ECU) and monitor and report on the use and communication of lawfully intercepted information in accordance with telecommunications interception legislation and CCC policies and procedures.

About you 

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements: 

• Proven ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of complex software systems.
• Ability to manage staff and operational activities, particularly in shift work arrangements with fluctuating workloads.
• Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of relevant telecommunications interception legislation; in particular compliance requirements around managing the interception process and delivery of products to stakeholders.
• Proven and well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills; including the ability to draft and implement policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to contribute positively within a team environment and deliver quality work within limited timeframes and meet tight deadlines.
