In this role you will lead business support services ensuring the effective delivery of human resource management, financial management and logistical services to meet regional performance objectives. The Manager Regional Services will actively lead and manage the strategies and systems that are integral to ensuring continuous improvement of the capacity and capability of the region to meet performance objectives.
The primary accountabilities of the Manager Regional Services include:
• Provide advice, guidance, coordination and quality assurance on all aspects of human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, change management, performance management, injury management, organisational culture and development and talent engagement.
• Develop and implement workforce planning and management strategies that support a performance culture within the region.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance systems, including business services metrics to inform continuous improvement of business services across the region. This includes analysis of finance, facilities, assets and human resources data, amalgamating information from a variety of areas and systems to inform business improvement.
• Administer the workplace health and safety function of the region including rehabilitation and return to work activities.
• This position will take the lead and possess an expertise in human resources matters for the region, however is also required to oversee the effective management of financial, facilities, fleet and administration support.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external business services partners.
The role description provides the minimum requirements for the role. The incumbent may be required to undertake other duties as required outside of these primary accountabilities.
