What you will do (key responsibilities/duties)
As our Engagement Support Officer (Community Partnerships), you will play a key role in supporting the National Fire Ant Eradication Program, Australia's largest eradication initiative. Your work will directly contribute to protecting Queensland's environment, economy, and communities from the devastating impacts of fire ants.
You will know you're achieving success in the role when you:
• Deliver community and stakeholder engagement campaigns to meet program milestones.
• Collaborate with external service providers to achieve project outcomes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance program outcomes.
What you will bring (qualifications, registrations, experience)
You will bring a proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. While experience with client relationship management systems and task management software is desirable, a willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain collaborative relationships.
