As a Senior Business Support Officer, you'll be a trusted partner to the Director and Science Leaders, providing high‑quality financial, HR and administrative insight that keeps our operations running smoothly and strategically. You'll take ownership of key projects, strengthen the systems that support our science programs, and help ensure our financial performance stays on track.

Your ability to analyse issues, solve problems and recommend improvements will directly shape how effectively our teams work. You'll draw on your knowledge of financial and HR frameworks to review business systems, monitor expenditure, prepare reporting and cash‑flow projections, and support leaders to make informed decisions.
