We're recruiting a teacher to join our close-knit team in a Special Education / Inclusion role supporting students from Prep to Year 6. About the Role - Intensive Support Teacher (SEP)
- Demonstrate strong skills in curriculum differentiation and making adjustments to support diverse learners.
- Co-plan and co-teach with classroom teachers to deliver inclusive and accessible learning experiences.
- Deliver targeted interventions (Tier 2 & Tier 3) to support students requiring additional assistance.
- Support student behaviour, wellbeing and belonging using inclusive behaviour practices aligned with the school framework.
- Develop and maintain ICPs, PLPs, IBSPs, risk assessments and NCCD documentation.
- Build strong communication and partnerships with families, therapists, external providers and school staff.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support positive team outcomes and inclusive practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning to support students with diverse needs.

- Full or provisional QCT registration
