The successful applicant will be approachable, student-centred, and skilled in building strong relationships and rapport with young people. Experience delivering Essential syllabuses is important, and training in trauma-informed practice is highly desirable. The campus is small and highly collegial, with staff intentionally collaborating each day to reflect on student progress, adjustments, and effective ways of working. This role offers greater professional flexibility, smaller student numbers, and a high level of job satisfaction, as reflected in positive School Opinion Survey results.

Please note that this role is based at the Moreton Bay campus at 109 School Rd, Kallangur.
