Do you want to play a hands-on role in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to build meaningful career pathways and leadership opportunities across the Queensland public sector?

The Public Sector Commission (PSC) is looking for a motivated and culturally capable Program Officer (AO5) to support delivery of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander career pathways service. This is a role where your work will directly contribute to stronger representation, capability and inclusion across the sector.

About the role:
This is a 12-month opportunity where you'll be at the centre of a service that supports First Nations employees, their supervisors and agencies across Queensland. You'll be the key point of connection, helping people navigate development opportunities, supporting culturally safe engagement, and ensuring the service runs smoothly and responsively every day.

You'll join the Equity, Diversity, Respect, Inclusion and Cultural Capability team, a passionate group committed to creating tangible change through practical programs, trusted partnerships and inclusive ways of working.
