About the role 

As a Reconciliations Officer at QBCC, you will collate periodic data from multiple QBCC systems, complete fortnightly systems reconciliations, and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations. You will investigate mismatches, source information from business units, and process correction journals or adjustments to ensure data integrity. You will also support end of month activities by preparing reconciliation reports, journals, and supporting documentation. Daily tasks include posting journal entries into the GL or subsidiary ledger, along with assisting AP/AR team with receipting, invoice entry, and other finance functions as required. 

About you 

We are looking for a candidate who will bring intermediate Excel skills, experience sourcing and collating financial data, and confidence entering information into GL/subsidiary ledgers. Someone who communicates clearly with finance team and business units, stay organised, and manage competing deadlines with ease. A working knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboard tool is a valuable bonus.
