About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
For this role, we will consider your:
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to liaise, consult and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to draft basic correspondence and correct and edit reports.
- Proven capacity in an executive support role for senior executive level positions, including the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, discretion and sound judgment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlines and a commitment to actively balance work and other priorities to ensure the provision of timely and effective executive support.
- Demonstrated high standard of keyboard skills, including advanced level word processing and electronic document management skills and experience with other software packages such as PowerPoint and Outlook.
