As an Administration Officer, you'll be a valuable member of the Directorate team in the delivery of administration and business support services.
This position provides high level administrative support and advice to the Executive Director, Executive Officer, Managers and employees of the branch on a range of matters including ministerial executive correspondence, finance, asset management, fleet, human resource, and corporate governance. The role is exciting, fast paced, flexible and no two days are ever the same.
We're looking for an experienced Administration professional who can multitask, prioritise and meet competing deadlines. You will bring with you to the role, strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal professionally with staff at all levels of the organisation and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion with regard to information and sensitive materials. You will be a good communicator in both written and oral form, presenting information in a clear and structured manner. You can demonstrate your tech savviness through experience in skills across a range of platforms and databases, data collation, analysis, reporting and representation of data and information using a range of software. You will be someone who can interpret policy and procedure and provide advice and support services to management and staff on a variety of corporate governance, finance, fleet and administrative functions that relate to the responsibilities of the position. You will embrace mentoring work colleagues and providing guidance on administrative and corporate governance functions.
