Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Lead financial policy, compliance, and operations with a focus on innovation.
• Collaborate across teams to provide expert financial advice & strategic support.
• Achieve results in a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Key Capabilities:
• Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of financial policies and oversee corporate card and travel administration, ensuring alignment with legislation and government regulations.
• Provide expert financial advice, compliance reporting, and support across divisions, using tools like Power BI to monitor and analyse financial activities.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across the department to resolve issues, develop strategies, and drive positive outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to workplace safety, equity, diversity, and inclusion in fostering a respectful and high-performing team environment.
