The leader we're looking for
You are an experienced executive with a track record of delivering operational excellence in complex, highly regulated environments.
You bring strong systems thinking and enterprise leadership capability, experience leading governance, assurance or risk frameworks, and expertise in driving business improvement and transformation.
You are comfortable leading through complexity and can see connections across systems, people, risk and performance.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
- TMR has a Drug and Alcohol Policy which applies to all Employees, Workers and Visitors to TMR workplaces. This may include random, post incident and reasonable suspicion testing during employment to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- Intra-state and interstate travel may be required.
- It is a condition of employment for recommended appointee/s to disclose any previous serious discipline action taken against them for consideration by the delegate prior to any appointment.
Desirable Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Public Administration, Business Management, ICT Project Management or a related discipline, combined with demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
- Extensive experience managing enterprise systems, business management systems (BMS) or governance frameworks within complex, regulated environments, ensuring compliance, audit readiness and accreditation requirements are met.
- Strong expertise in risk, assurance and business improvement, including leading strategic programs, digital transformation initiatives and embedding effective risk management and project delivery frameworks.
