Eight Mile Plains State School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to join our supportive team and contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student is valued, supported and empowered to achieve their potential.
Located in Brisbane's south, Eight Mile Plains State School is committed to providing high-quality educational opportunities that cater to the individual strengths, abilities and needs of all learners. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with classroom teachers, teacher aides, students, families and support staff to implement inclusive practices and improve educational outcomes.
The successful applicant will deliver an Inclusion role over multiple year levels, teaching ICP content and student support in class, while providing targeted support and adjustments to ensure students with disability and additional learning needs can successfully engage with the curriculum. You will play a key role in developing personalised learning approaches, implementing effective differentiation strategies and fostering a positive, supportive classroom environment.
