Portfolio Management Support Officer Small Business Loans Unit

QRIDA is seeking a skilled and demonstrated performer with direct exposure to rural and/or small businesses and, within this context, demonstrate the ability to extract and analyse data from financial statements and cashflows statements contributing towards an understanding of the business operation and demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with a range of internal and external clients, knowledge of economic and other issues impacting on small businesses and the ability to apply this knowledge in making recommendations in relation to client requests for changes in repayment arrangements and experience in supporting the management of a portfolio of rural and/or small business loan account holders and knowledge of managing loan arrears & loan recovery. As the Portfolio Management Support Officer within the Small Business Loans Unit, you will actively support the Portfolio Management Officers in the management of a portfolio of COVID-19 Job Support loans. This position is fully remote from your home-based office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively support in the management of a portfolio of COVID-19 Jobs Support Loans clients, inclusive of the ongoing account monitoring of clients in financial stress.
- Completing financial analysis in an accurate and timely manner to assist in determining if client requests for a different repayment arrangement are worthy of support.
- Follow up the clearance of arrears and make recommendations in respect to the recovery of loan accounts that are in default.
