The Frontline & Digital Division (FDD) delivers critical ICT services that support Queensland's frontline emergency and public safety agencies. Through reliable and secure technology, FDD enables essential services to remain connected and operational across the state. As part of ICT Operations, the Technology Support team provides hands-on support for a broad range of technologies, ensuring frontline staff have access to the tools and systems they need to perform their roles effectively.
Based in Toowoomba, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic enterprise ICT environment, supporting technology refresh and digital uplift initiatives while contributing to outcomes that directly support frontline service delivery and community safety.
