Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure successful business outcomes through effective resource utilisation, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting
• Provide accurate and professional advice and support to clients in relation to road infrastructure and maintenance contracts.
• Undertake a range of program and project activities to enhance program development and project delivery.
• Conduct analysis of financial activities to align with multiple financial systems and processes to provide consistent application within the district office
• Provide support to the District's Program Performance Advisor in the delivery of the district's program of works, including management of the TIDS (Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme) program and project creation and variations within TMR systems.
• Lead and coach program support staff, ensure appropriate skill sets and training needs are identified and developed.
• Lead the project controls team in ensuring governance and compliance within financial, procurement, scheduling & DRFA processes relating to project and program support and provide input to district procedures.
• Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Department Policy.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
• It is a condition of employment for recommended appointee/s to disclose any previous serious discipline action taken against them for consideration by the delegate prior to any appointment.
