RoadTek is seeking a motivated and organised Project Management Support Officer (HR) to join our Central Queensland Operations Unit in Rockhampton. This permanent full-time opportunity will see you provide high-level HR and administrative support to the Resource Manager and Operations team.

About the role
You will play an important role in coordinating HR administration, maintaining records and supporting the efficient delivery of administrative services across the Operations Unit.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and distributing HR documentation and maintaining accurate project and employee records.
• Coordinating correspondence, document control and records management.
• Monitoring actions and correspondence to ensure key timeframes are met.
• Preparing agendas and minutes and tracking actions from Resource Team meetings.
• Managing the Resource Manager's emails, calendar, meetings and priorities.
• Assisting managers and employees with enquiries relating to staff benefits, HR policies and procedures.
